Q: Do you charge to have the ceremony on site at your restaurant?
A: There is no additional charge for the ceremony.

Q: Do you provide the Officiant for the ceremony?
A: No we do not, however we can refer you to local Officiant in which you can make the proper arrangements with for your ceremony.

Q: Is the photographer and or music included in the package?
A: No it is not however we can provide a list of referrals for you to contact and make the necessary arrangements.

Q: Can we have our ceremony indoors or outdoors?
A: You can choose to get married outside or inside, it’s your preference and weather permitting.

Q: Do you provide seating for the ceremony if it is outside?
A: We can provide seating at an additional per chair charge.

Q: Is there a minimum guest amount required to book a wedding?
A: No there is no minimum requirement, any wedding size is accepted.

Q: Do you provide floral arrangements on the tables and if so what kind?
A: We provide roses on each table in the color of your choice.

Q: Can we take the floral arrangements with us or do you keep them?
A: If you wish to take or give away your floral arrangements to your guests there will be an additional fee per arrangement, vases not included.

Q: If we choose to bring our own table arrangements is there an additional discount for not using the ones provided?
A: We provide them as a courtesy with our packages, if you choose to not use them there is no additional discount.

Q: What colors are available for the table linens?
A: We have thirty five color choices to select from that will coordinate with your wedding theme perfectly.

Q: Can we put glitter on the tables with the centerpieces?
A: We prefer that you do not use glitter on the table, however if you choose to there will be an additional fee for the cleanup, etc.

Q: What are our cake options?
A: We work in conjunction with the Pastry Garden located in Poughkeepsie NY. Your cake is included in our wedding packages and prior to your event you will work with the bakery to customize your wedding cake to your specific liking.

Q: Is there a place for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready prior to the ceremony?
A: Yes we have a suite located on premises for the wedding party to get dressed in prior to the ceremony.

Q: Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
A: No we do not charge a cake cutting fee.

Q: Can we take our leftover food from the buffet home to go with us?
A: No we cannot give any leftover food from a buffet.

Q: When is the final headcount and menu selection due?
A: We require all final headcount and menu selections two weeks prior to the event date.

Q: What is the deposit to book a wedding with your facility?
A: There is a non-refundable five hundred dollar deposit due upon booking a wedding date paid cash or check. This deposit will secure your wedding date.

Q: What happens if we choose to change our event date and have already paid a deposit?
A: We understand circumstances may change; we will transfer your deposit to another open date of your choice as a one-time courtesy with no additional fee no sooner than five months prior to the wedding.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: There are no hidden costs, tax and gratuity are additional and all expenses are outlined in writing on your contract for any event.
